Concept to Completion
We work closely with mechanical consultants to bring the client’s vision to life. This process typically involves marking up mechanical drawings (as shown on the right) and gathering manufacturer details for the plant, such as boiler full load currents and terminal numbers for statuses like faults and enables to be integrated into the BMS. These details are incorporated into electrical drawings, which are then approved for construction to ensure the BMS panel is built to specification. Examples of these drawings can be seen below.
Our control panels are meticulously built to match the approved drawings, ensuring every detail aligns with the project’s requirements. From there, we work closely with the client to finalise a detailed description of operation, tailoring it to their specific needs.
